elegantly design a objectmodel

hi

i don't know how to elegantly design a objectmodel, that serves the following purpose:

there are usergroups and categories, and each usergroup has diffrent privileges on multiple categories.
similar to a mysql database: the users have table specific rights.

short example:

Group A can add and remove subcategories from category K and only add subcategories to category L

group B can add products to category A and remove subcategories from category L

i don't know how to bring the categories groups and priviliges together, maybe you can provide some short code

thx
