 Certification pre-requisites

Hi

I am a new member to this forum. I am looking out for taking UML Certification from IBM. It will be grateful if some body can tell me the pre-requisites if any for the same. Going through the different threads I could find some one saying that it requires SCJP while some one else comes up opposing the same. Please help me out.
