Query regarding IBM sample test

Hi,

I am appearing for 486 exam one month from now. I am having almost one year experience in object oriented design. I read Larman and Fowler book once and appeared for IBM sample test. My score was 81%. And I was really surprised to see that I passed the exam with moderate preparation. How seriously I should take this score? Whats the difference between sample test and real test in terms of complexity? Just wanted to know what will be my chances to pass real test based upon this sample test.

Looking for your valuable suggestions.

Thanks,
Dee
