Question Any free scriptable UML tools?

Title pretty much says it all. I am aware of BoUML but wanted to see if there was anything else out there. Most of the free tools don't include a *customizable* code generator and/or scriptable access to the repository.

thanks

It seems Bouml is the only one ?

This is not a surprise for me, offer plug-outs or an equivalent way is not trivial.

Moreover with Bouml you have the choice between C++ and Java to implement your plug-outs.

You ask for an other tool, what is the problem with Bouml ?

Nothing wrong with your tool. I appreciate you putting all your time and effort into building it. However, my understanding is that its pretty much you doing this right now. And I see the magnitude of the task you are taking on. One of my concerns is what if you decide down the road that this is not something you want to continue working on? I wouldnt want to be left hanging with a tool that is no longer supported. I actually had this experience with a commercial UML tool whose vendor closed shop. Not necessarily a deal breaker, more of a concern at this point.

As a minor point, I suppose I would prefer to see some lightweight scripting language such as VB for the scripting rather than a heavyweight one like C++/Java

cheers and thanks
