Here is Cris Kobryn's U2 Partners web site where you can start to find some trails leading to UML 2.0. There appears to be a Yahoo Group that you can join for this site.

If you navigate to UML 2.0 submissions you will find the full PDF documents for the submissions that have been finalized as well as some very good slide presentations on these submissions.

There is also now a site dedicated to UML 2.0 - http://www.uml2.com containing white papers, articles, links to related resources.
